Clinical Supervision

I am a licensed supervisor in both Kentucky & Texas.  I love to work with new therapists as they launch their careers.  My teaching style utilizes many options from reviewing session recordings,  joining sessions through teletherapy, or using earbuds for in-the-moment coaching, together we will cultivate the best learning experience for you.

My supervision style is to help clinicians learn and understand that they are working with a whole person- body, mind, and spirit.  We will utilize the Polyvagal Theory as a foundational theory for practice- recognizing the state of the client in your office as well as how to most effectively work with clients as they shift in and out of fight, flight, freeze, and social connection.  You will learn to track moment-to-moment shifts in the nervous system by watching the body as well as track the story.  We will also look at how trauma and life story created patterns and belief systems that build our character structure and survival patterns.  Through gentle support and the presence of your own regulated nervous system, you will learn how to be with clients as they step into healing and well being.   

Group supervision is offered dependent on the number of current supervisees I am currently working with.

Cost:       Individual supervision sessions: $100/hour

Group supervision sessions: $50/hour

Trauma Consultation Group

If you are feeling stuck with certain clients, unsure of what to do when they disclose significant trauma, or are considering a personality disorder diagnosis, then this Trauma Consult Group could be the right fit for you.

We will look at the layering of both shock and developmental/relational trauma through multiple lenses:

Interpersonal Neurobiology & the 9 Levels of Integration

Polyvagal Theory

Somatic Experiencing & nervous system regulation

Developmental trauma resolution & character structure

This group will cover information related to trauma healing that all therapists need in their toolkit, as well as provide time for case consultation

We will pull from my trainings in Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) , Somatic Experiencing (SE), Body & Somatic Education (BASE), & Neuroaffective Relational Model (NARM), and Polyvagal Theory. 

First Tuesday of each month

10-11:30am CST / 11-12:30pm EST via Zoom

$45 per consult, limited to 5 participants
