Nurturing the Body
In late 2021 my father was diagnosed with a yet incurable cancer, Multiple Myeloma. This diagnosis transformed my family’s commitment to health to an even greater degree. We began to dive deeper into the literature on the toxicity that surrounds us, the importance of organically grown and ethically sourced products, and improving health down to the specific strains of bacteria we carry in our gut. This only fueled our desire to get the gardens at Sugar Creek Farm growing and to spread the message of health to all that will listen. My father began immunotherapy and reached remission during the 3rd of 4 cycles. His specialist said he has a phenomenal response to treatment. We attribute this to his dedication to his holistic treatment. One question I am asked repeated is about the products my family uses and trusts. Pique Tea: A favorite product we use because we know its clean. Pique is triple toxin screened & rigorously tested for quality. Green Tea is wonderful for keeping cancer at bay for my father, and black tea aids in digestion. However, my skin loves the B-Tox Fountain.
