The link will take you to SimplePractice where you will be prompted to complete some basic informational forms including your demographic information and your history.
You will also be able to see available appointment times and pick one that works best for you!
*Please note, that I can only provide therapy to clients who live in Texas or Kentucky. I can provide Nutrition Consulting & Coaching Sessions to clients in any state or country.

Insurance
KENTUCKY CLIENTS
I am in-network with UnitedHealthcare/Optum Behavioral Health and Humana
TEXAS CLIENTS
I am in-network with UnitedHealthcare/Optum Behavioral Health
* For both Kentucky and Texas clients, I can still submit claims to your insurance on your behalf as I am out-of-network with most companies. You would pay me up front and insurance would send reimbursements directly to you.
Teletherapy
I am able to provide teletherapy to clients living in Texas, Indiana or Kentucky. While I use recommended software to provide sessions, any internet teleconferencing platform poses a risk to your confidentiality. Many of my clients in Texas still enjoy the convenience of this option. Please note that some insurance companies will not cover teletherapy services if you will be filing for reimbursement.
